Is the free plan a trial?
No. Free means free — it does not expire into a bill, and we will not move a feature out of it later and ask you to pay to keep using it.
What is the fourteen-day trial then?
Every new account gets fourteen days with every feature switched on, including the paid ones, with no card. When it ends you land on the free plan rather than losing access.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay your payment gateway’s own fees and nothing on top from us.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You are told which limit and what it is, before the action rather than after it. Nothing is silently dropped and no surprise charge appears.
How do I cancel?
One form and a typed confirmation. You keep access until the date you have paid through, can export everything on the way out, and can resume in one click.
Is annual cheaper?
Yes — it is charged once and works out at ten months for twelve. The saving is shown on the plan rather than buried in a comparison.
